Kako iskazati nezadovoljstvo na engleskom jeziku?

Iako je generalno poželjno ne pokazivati otvoreno emocije u poslovnom svetu, to ne znači ne iskazati ih uopšte, već verbalizovati ih na prihvatljiv način. Engleski jezik obiluje frazama kojima možete pokazati svoje nezadovoljstvo, ljutnju i žalbu na formalan način koji prenosi poruku, ali neutralizuje povišen ton. Izrazi su podeljeni u nekoliko najčešćih situacija, a ono što je u zagradama može se promeniti kako bi se prilagodilo datoj situaciji.

Kad ste nezadovoljni proizvodom ili uslugom:
• The product/ service we purchased was well below the standard we expected.
• We are writing to express our strong dissatisfaction with the goods/ service we received.

Naručili ste proizvod koji nikako da stigne:
• The product we ordered has still not been delivered, despite our phone call to you last week to say that it is needed urgently.
• Unless we receive the goods by (the end of this week), we will have no choice but to cancel our order.

Želite da se žalite na nečiji rad ili neprofesionalnost:
• I am writing in connection with the negative attitude of a member of your staff.
• I am writing to draw your attention to a problem in your (customer service) department.
• I wish to complain in the strongest possible terms about the treatment I received from a member of your staff.

Smatrate da rešavanje žalbe ili problema predugo traje ili nisu ni razmotreni:
• We are concerned that the matter has not yet received your attention.
• We must urge you to take immediate action to resolve the matter.
• This situation cannot be allowed to continue.

Kad želite da zapretite:
• We shall have no other alternative but to (take legal action) (to recover the money).
• We insist on (a full refund/ prompt replacement), otherwise we will be forced to take the matter further.
